Every HELLBABY piece is created with intention and produced to order. We don’t rush chaos — we shape it.





PROCESSING TIME



All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.


Many HELLBABY items are made-to-order or produced through print-on-demand fulfillment partners to reduce waste and maintain quality. During high-volume releases or launches, processing times may extend slightly. If this occurs, customers will be notified.


Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.





SHIPPING TIME & METHODS



Once an order ships, estimated delivery times are:


  • Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)



Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or high-volume periods.





SHIPPING ORIGIN



Orders may ship from multiple fulfillment locations, primarily within the United States, depending on product availability and production method.





SHIPPING RATES



Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.





TRACKING



A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to activate.





INTERNATIONAL ORDERS



International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by HELLBABY.





LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES



HELLBABY is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen afterward. For delayed or missing shipments, please contact the carrier using the provided tracking number.


If additional assistance is needed, customers may contact our support team and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.





INCORRECT ADDRESS



Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. HELLBABY is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
